Internal selection of GIPA team for 2017-2018
Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition
Students wishing to take part in the competition should undergo the following selection process:
1. Students are asked to write a short memorandum (up to 3 pages) on the following question:
What constitutes an “armed attack” in international law? What are ramification of use of force by states and non-state actors and when such an act could be legal?
Deadline for submission of papers is September 28, 2017 – 17:00.

2. Students will have to present their paper before the selection committee. Students will have 10 minutes for oral presentations. Oral presentations will be held on October 3, 2017 – 19:00 at School of Law and Politics – GIPA.
