გამოცდილების მოკლე აღწერა

მასობრივი კომუნიკაციების დოქტორის (სამხრეთ კაროლინას უნივერსიტეტი). ლუიზიანას სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის კომუნიკაციის მაგისტრი. აქვს მრავალწლიანი საკონსულტაციო და კვლევითი გამოცდილება როგორც საერთაშორისო, ისე ადგილობრივ ორგანიზაციებში კომუნიკაციების, მედია ლანდშაფტის, ტექნოლოგიების დანერგვისა და ჟურნალისტური განათლების სფეროში, თანამშრომლობს წამყვან ორგანიზაციებთან, როგორიცაა „ღია საზოგადოების ინსტიტუტი,“ USAID, UNDP, BBC Media Action და ინტერნიუსი. ავტორია 20-ზე მეტი კვლევითი ნაშრომის, მათ შორის სახელმძღვანელოს თავებისა და  სტატიების. 1990-იან წლებში მისი ჟურნალისტური კარიერა დაიწყო გაზეთ 7 დღეში,  იყო ავტორი Global Voices Online-ში. მოპოვებული აქვს სტიპენდიები დიუკის უნივერსიტეტში, DeWitt Wallace Center-ში და პენსილვანიის უნივერსიტეტის ანენბერგის სკოლაში.
