ჯავახეთში, GIPA Media lab-ის ტრენინგების ფარგლებში დოკუმენტური ფილმების ჩვენება გაიმართა. მონაწილეებმა საერთაშორისო ფესტივალებზე აღიარებულ როგორც ქართულ, ასევე უცხოურ ფილმებს უყურეს. ჩვენებების შემდეგ კი მონაწილეებს საშუალებად ჰქონდათ ფილმ Listen to the silence-ის რეჟისორ მარიამ ჭაჭიასა და Ogasawara-ის პროდიუსერ ანა ძიაპშიპასთვის კითხვები თავად დაესვათ.
GIPA Media Lab-ი უკვე მეოთხე წელია ამერიკის საელჩოსა და ამერიკის სახელმწიფო დეპარტამენტის ხელშეწყობით ხორციელდება. პროექტი მიზნად ისახავს ეთნიკური თემების ახალგაზრდების მულტიმედიური უნარ-ჩვევებით აღჭურვას და მათ საზოგადოებრივ ცხოვრებაში ინტეგრირებას.
In the frames of GIPA Media Lab training, documentary films were screened in Javakheti. The participants watched Georgian and foreign internationally recognized films. . After the screenings, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions to Mariam Chachia, the director of Listen to the Silence, and Anna Dziapshipa, the producer of Ogasawara.
The GIPA Media Lab is implemented with the support of the US Embassy and the US Department of State for the fourth consecutive year The project aims to equip young people from ethnic communities with multimedia skills and integrate them into public life.
