Master’s program in Public Relations aims at eqquiping graduates with creative communication skills, who can plan and successfully implement communication strategy with various Media means.
During studies through theoretical knowledge students are equipped with practical skills to operate effectively in the sphere of communication, public relations and marketing at public commercial and non-governmental sector.
Master’s program in Public Relations is functioning with great support of partner companies and is in compliance with experience of leading American institutions, such as School of Journalism and Mass Communication of South Caroline University, IREX Georgia, Center of European Journalism.

[1] Credit - the unit that defines the necessary academic load for students, expressed in the time unit of hour, and which can be obtained after achieving certain study results;
[1] Contact Hours - the time determined for studying activities of the student with the participation of the personnel carrying out the educational program;
[1] Self-Study Hours - the time determined for learning activities of the student without participation of the personnel carrying out the educational program.
Tuition fee
Tuition fee for Public Relations Master’s program is 4300 GEL per year.
Entire amount is divided into four equal payments, for each semester.
Scholarship:
Each year two students with the best academic achievement are awarded with full scholarship.
State grant
Tuition fee for two years is 8600 GEL
In case of owning state grant (100%) a student pays 8600-4500=4100 GEL

Project for Socially Vulnerable Groups
GIPA together with Ministry of Education in Georgia has launched the joint social project . The main goal of this initiative is to increase education capacity for people with different social status, to encourage them and to support integration process in civil society.
For these purposes students, selected from the following social groups will be paid tuition fee. This regulation refers to those individuals who participated in Unified National exams and has the following status:
