Her academic background includes social and political sciences. She is currently conducting doctoral research on ethical communication and the development of social responsibility.

She has eight years of academic experience, during which she teaches corporate communications, social responsibility, and sustainable development issues at various higher education institutions. Her teaching methodology is based on both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, providing students with the opportunity to explore modern challenges and opportunities in corporate communications and business responsibility.

Tamar Rodonaia is a lecturer at the Sustainability Academy and has extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs.

She actively works as an independent consultant in strategic communications and corporate social responsibility (CSR). She collaborates with both large and small businesses, as well as international and local organizations, in the planning and implementation of communication and CSR strategies and contributes to the development of educational modules.

Additionally, Tamar Rodonaia is actively engaged in social activism. She collaborates with social enterprises and small businesses focused on social issues in Georgia, assisting them in enhancing their knowledge and managing projects effectively.

She has participated in various exchange programs and is a recipient of international academic grants and scholarships.
