A brief description of the experience

Tea Skhiereli is a journalist and media communications specialist. She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University Journalism Faculty and received a Business Administration Master’s Degree (MBA) in Marketing Management from Free University of Tbilisi. Moreover, she completed the Culture in Media PhD Program at Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgian State University.

For the past 25 years, she has been providing consultations to state, private and international organizations in the field of strategic communications. Her professional activities include developing communication strategies, management of public and media relations projects, multimedia content creation. Tea Skhiereli is the founder and managing director of the consulting company “Content”. She has successfully implemented numerous brand multimedia projects: issuing the magazines - Voyager by Solo, GA, Gastronome (publisher and editor-in-chief, 2005-2024); Management of various communication projects: Borjomi, Geoplant/Gurieli, Marriot, Radisson, Rixos, RMG, Georgia Capital Plc, Moet/Hennessy/Veuve Clicquot, Gd Alco, Performance Food Group Lux, Consilium Medulla, Georgian Association Of Clinical Investigators; Developing multimedia material: GRETA/Sustainable Mountain Tourism and Organic Agriculture bio tea and bio wine producers, USAID/World Bank/IPM: Health Sector Restructuring Project (2000-2022).

Tea Skhiereli was a communications consultant to Georgian representatives in the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) (2006-2012), head of the public relations department of JSC Kazbegi (2003-2006).

Her journalistic activities are associated to Georgian TV and Radio Corporation’s main editorial office of news and the analytical TV Show "Good Evening", where she worked as a special correspondent, producer and a deputy editor-in-chief (1989-2000).

Tea Skhiereli is a member of the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ).

She is a veteran of War and Military Forces of Georgia (Certificate #102 300 0545).
