As part of the internal mobility process, GIPA students who are currently enrolled in one of the University’s educational programs have the opportunity to transfer to and continue their studies in another GIPA educational program.
The internal mobility deadlines for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year are as follows:
- September 1–9: Submission of the required documents by students wishing to participate in the internal mobility process;
- September 10–11: Review of the submitted documents and interviews with applicants by the relevant committee;
- September 14: Recognition of credits by the heads of the respective educational programs;
- September 15: Program coordinators inform applicants of the recognized credits and obtain their written confirmation (acceptance or refusal);
- September 15–16: Signing of agreements with students admitted through the internal mobility process by the respective program coordinators.

Bachelor's Program in Visual Communication (Advertising and Communication Design)
The stages and deadlines of the creative competition for students wishing to transfer to the Bachelor’s Program in Visual Communication (Advertising and Communication Design) are as follows:
- July 25–August 25: Registration for the creative competition and submission of a motivational video, portfolio, or competition assignment through the platform designated by the University;
- August 26–31: Evaluation of submitted works/materials by the jury and selection of students;
- September 1: Announcement of the creative competition results to applicants;
- September 7: The program coordinator informs applicants of the recognized credits and obtains their written confirmation (acceptance or refusal);
- September 15: Signing of agreements with students admitted through the internal mobility process by the program coordinator.
