External Mobility for GIPA Educational Programs

As part of the external mobility process, students interested in continuing their studies at GIPA will have the opportunity to transfer to GIPA’s educational programs.

Students may transfer to GIPA through the mobility process twice a year, during the fall and spring semesters, within the deadlines established by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. A student becomes eligible for mobility after completing one year of study at the relevant level of higher education.

Students wishing to continue their studies at GIPA through the mobility process must register on the electronic mobility portal of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.

Registration on the mobility portal will be available from August 24 through September 8.

Document submission at GIPA will take place from September 11 through September 17.

Students who obtain the right to transfer to GIPA through the mobility process must contact the coordinator of the relevant program in writing.

Required documents:

  • Copy of ID;
  • Transcript of academic records;
  • Copy of secondary school diploma;
  • Copy of military registration document (for male applicants);
  • 3×4 cm photograph;
  • Copy of the NAEC certificate.

Please note that students seeking mobility to the Bachelor’s Programs in Visual Communication (Advertising and Communication Design) and Audiovisual Arts are required to pass a creative competition.

External Mobility Deadlines for the Bachelor’s Program in Visual Communication (Advertising and Communication Design)

  • July 25 – August 25: Registration for the creative competition and submission of a motivation video, portfolio, or competition assignment via the platform designated by the university;
  • August 26 – August 31: Evaluation of submitted works/materials by the jury and selection of students;
  • September 1: Announcement of the creative competition results to mobility applicants;
  • September 7: The program coordinator informs applicants wishing to use internal mobility about the credits recognized and obtains written confirmation (acceptance or refusal);
  • September 15: Signing of agreements with students to be enrolled through the mobility process.

  • September 1: Creative competition for mobility applicants;
  • September 7: The program coordinator informs applicants wishing to use internal mobility about the credits recognized and obtains written confirmation (acceptance or refusal);
