Master Of Chemical Technologies.

She has 9 years of continuous work experience in project coordination. The main fields of activity include Vocational Education and coordination of various donor-funded certified courses at GIPA's Department of Rural Development and Vocational Education (DRDVE). She  Has experience in planning, designing and analyzing results of studies in the field of Vocational education. Currently, she holds the position of Quality assurance manager of professional education  of  Agricultural Development Department of the Georgian  Institute of Public Affairs.

Research and Publications: 

She has been involved in researching student satisfaction, evaluating teachers, examining graduate employment, and analyzing the labor market, in the Vocational   Educationa field.

 

Projects: 

  • 2017-2018 developing, Implementing and Institutionalizing a Level-V Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) and Internationally Recognized Certificate Programs in General Health, Safety and Environment at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) – Carrier Development Officer.
  • 2017 International trade focused in agriculture field - vocational educational training courses - project coordinator
  • 2016-2017 Agribusiness management and agro marketing vocational educational training courses - project coordinator
  • 2015-2016 Empowering Modern Research Practices of the Regional Agriculture-Related Institutions - logistic and procurement manager
