Board Member

Has over 30 years of executive and corporate management experience across a wide range of industries. His professional career has focused on strategic leadership, corporate governance and business development.

Since 2016, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Silknet, one of Georgia's leading telecommunications and technology companies and is also one of its shareholders.

He also serves as the Head of the Wounded Warriors Support Charity Foundation, supporting veterans and military personnel.

Prior to joining Silknet, Mr. Mamulaishvili was engaged in private entrepreneurship and served as a founders' representative, production manager and co-founder of Natakhtari Brewery and Interplast. He also served as Deputy Governor of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti Region and as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Georgian Business Association.

Mr. Mamulaishvili is a veteran of the wars in Tskhinvali Region and Abkhazia and has been awarded the Order of Vakhtang Gorgasali and the Order of Honor.

He has been a Member of the Board of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) since 2025.
