Nino Maghradze holds a Ph.D. in Energy and Electrical Engineering. She earned a joint Master's degree in Sustainable Energy from Tallinn University of Technology and the University of Tartu in Estonia.Additionally, at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, she conducted research in Technical and Economic Feasibility of Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Systems in the Baltic Region.

Her expertise encompasses continuous power market research and renewable energy project management. The core focus of her professional activity is the ongoing monitoring of power market regulations, legislation, and structural changes. She actively participates in the operation of hydroelectric power plants, as well as in the formulation and implementation of local and export sales strategies. Her analytical work ensures the adaptation of investment projects to current market trends and regulatory requirements, significantly contributing to the development of Georgia's energy potential and the establishment of a sustainable investment environment.
