He holds a bachelor's degree in history from Tbilisi State University and a master's degree in public administration from GIPA.
He is currently studying for a PhD program in Public Administration at GIPA. His research question refers to the study of the dynamics and reasons for the growth of motivation after agile transformation in public and private organizations.
