Luka Beraia holds a Bachelor of Public Administration and a Master of Education Administration degrees, is a doctoral candidate in educational sciences, has been working in the higher education system in various positions since 2019, and has been involved in higher education quality management and expertise fields since 2021. At the same time, he is interested in civil society activities, has several years of experience in monitoring election processes, and has participated in several local and international workshops and conferences.
