Board Member

Tinatin has extensive experience in executive management and corporate governance. Her professional career is closely linked to private sector development, strategic management, international projects and higher education.

Since 2013, she has served as a Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of JSC Laghidze, where she oversees the company's strategic development, corporate governance and supervisory functions while coordinating relationships with partners and key stakeholders. Her professional expertise also includes organisational management and business process development.

Earlier in her career, she participated in several international projects, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Poti Port Reconstruction Project. She also has teaching experience in higher education.

Ms. Laghidze has been a Member of the Board of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) since 2020.
