Coordinator of the Master's Program in Environmental Management and Policy. She has been awarded the academic degree of Bachelor of International Relations at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and the degree of Master of Public Administration at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). Before joining GIPA, Nutsa worked as an intern in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, the department of western Europe and in National Agency of Public Registry, the department of International relations.
