Holds an MA degree in Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and a BA degree in Law from the University of Georgia (UG). Currently, Keti holds the position of Business Administration BA program coordinator at GIPA and teaches the course "Self-management and presentation skills" at the BA level at the same university.
Additionally, Keti is a graduate of the teaching course "Strategic Communications" at GIPA.
