Tedo Sanikidze has 7+ years of experience in managerial positions, project management, coordination, research, and lecturing. He is a member of the GIPA academic council and an academic assistant in public administration.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Lund University (Sweden) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Georgia and completed the "Advanced Programme in EU Law and Economics" at the Riga Graduate School of Law (Latvia).      

Tedo has participated in many exchange programs and received several training scholarships, including the Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Professionals.

 Research Interests:

His research interests revolve around organizational change management, evidence-based decision-making and policy-making, building and managing high-performing teams, and public administration reform.
