Master of Science in Management (MIM) from Lund University in Sweden. Besides, he holds a master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Georgia. Additionally, he completed the Advanced Programme in EU Law and Economics at the Riga Graduate School of Law in Latvia.

 

His professional background revolves around the higher education sector, accumulating more than 5 years of experience in various managerial roles, project management, coordination, research, and lecturing. He actively participated in several exchange programs and received local and international scholarships, notably the distinguished Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Professionals (SISGP).

 

Currently, he is pursuing doctoral studies and holds a position as an academic assistant at GIPA, specializing in public administration. His interdisciplinary expertise encompasses various subjects, including organizational development, strategy, management consulting, public policymaking, and evaluation.

Financial manager (2020-2021) for the "Resilience during COVID-19; Comparison of internally displaced persons with the local population" project at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA), in collaboration with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). 

 

Research Interests: 

His research interests revolve around organizational change management, evidence-based decision-making and policy-making, building and managing high-performing teams, and public administration reform.
