Expert of marketing of the Department of Rural Development and Vocational Development

Sergo Turmanidze holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration/International Marketing from the London School of Commerce (LSC) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). Since 2013, he has been working at the Department of Rural Development and Vocational Education (DRDVE) of GIPA as a Marketing Expert for the Animal Health Program. His areas of specialization include agriculture/rural development and vocational education related project development and management activities such as project planning, proposal writing, research/data collection/analysis, teaching/trainings in agri-business and agri-marketing, associations development and local development strategic planning. Previous to joining GIPA, his work experience was in the civil sector on social and community development projects. His professional background also includes demonstrated history of working experience in sales management in the real estate and electronics business in the international companies in the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.
