A brief description of the experience
Joint master's degree (MBA) awarded in 2009 in business administration from the London School of Commerce (LSC) and Cardiff Metropolitan University, holds a master's degree (MPA) from GIPA - Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and a bachelor's degree in public administration from the Technical University of Georgia and is also a graduate of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Faculty of Law.
Since 2000, he has experience working in non-governmental, business, research and educational organisations in Georgia and abroad. Since 2013, he has worked at GIPA in various areas, including fundraising, development of grant proposals, project management, strategic planning, project monitoring and evaluation, reporting, communication, project PR and visibility. In addition, he engages in academic training in marketing, business development, organizational development, strategic planning, management, research and analysis, fundraising, grant-making, and grant proposal writing. He also provides expert consulting services to public and private organizations in project evaluation, research, strategic planning, management and fundraising.
