Head of Information Technology Office / Developer

David Demetrashvili is the administrator of the database at GIPA and has held this position since September 2013. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Technical University of Georgia. He has also completed a Master's degree in Public Administration at GIPA. Since November 1, 2021, David has been serving as the Head of the Information Technology Department. He is proficient in several programming languages and has experience in system and network administration. Additionally, he has a solid background in database structure design and maintenance. David holds various IT certificates related to different areas of IT management.
