Empowered Self

Self-confidence and emotional management are topics that countless people want to learn about. However, this course is not theoretical instruction. We give you practical experience that you begin applying during the program itself.

Our course is not a general overview of emotions and self-confidence. At every session, you will experience exercises that will teach you practically and help you get to know and manage your own emotions, find balance and confidence, and develop an even greater belief in yourself.

We will do all of this through special body-focused exercises that will allow us to see changes quickly. The course consists entirely of practical exercises, during which you practice on the spot and experience everything you have learned.

What you will learn:

  • Recognizing your own and others' emotions
  • Expressing emotions in healthy and productive ways
  • Communicating with other people in different situations and emotional states
  • Using negative experiences as building blocks
  • Maintaining balance and stability in difficult situations

After completing the program, you will be able to:

  • Maintain balance and stability in difficult situations
  • Effectively manage yourself in conflict situations
  • Turn discomfort into a comfort zone
  • Become more focused and reduce distraction
  • Recognize your own and other people's emotions
  • Find anchor points within yourself and become more self-confident

A Special Advantage

This program is not only the teenager's experience - it is the parent's experience too. Before the program begins, we meet with parents, optionally in person or online, introduce them to the philosophy and principles of the program, and share their role in this experience.

At the end of the program, we meet again - and together with them, we take the first step toward a new relationship, where both sides see each other equally.
