HR Consulting Service

HR consulting services at GIPA focuses on providing professional advice and expertise to HR managers or owners in two directions – (1) small businesses, startups, large corporations and (2) public institutions.

Individual and group coaching or consulting services are oriented on HR managers and organizational owners who wish to implement, improve, and manage organization’s daily HR operations efficiently.

The consulting service is also designed for representatives of startups and businesses who have the following questions:

  • How should I manage employee information?
  • How should I comply with government regulations and requirements as an employer?
  • How should I handle payroll and what should I consider for better achievements?
  • Should I set fixed salaries or would it be better to combine fixed pay with a bonus scheme, or hire employees based on performance?
  • How should I create and manage a payroll budget?
  • How should I assess and motivate employees without demotivating others?

How do we offer it?

In case of a need for consultation or other types of services, you must fill out a registration form, and a coordinator will contact you to clarify details. Meetings can be attended individually or in groups, with a maximum of 3 people.

Meeting format

Consultation meetings can be held online or in person (at GIPA premise, on Brosset str. 2, near Opera). The meetings will be held in the evening hours from 19:00 to 22:00 or on Saturday (in the first half of the day).

Topics of consulting services 

In order to plan the meeting, it’s important to select and mark your desired topics in the registration form, specifically: 

  1. Employee administration – Developing a staffing schedule based on organizational structure, creating a payroll file, etc.
  2. Developing/refining job descriptions
  3. Developing or setting up grading systems – ranking positions based on structure and job descriptions
  4. Developing or improving evaluation systems – Creating evaluation methods and assisting with implementation based on existing processes and job descriptions
  5. Developing or setting up a bonus system – Determining the relevance of introducing a bonus system based on job descriptions and position functions; assistance in elaboration of a bonus scheme
  6. Refining the payroll system – Assisting with developing salary increase principles while considering internal and external fairness.
  7. Strategic HR management – General consultations on human resource management.

Each topic in the registration form is broken down into subtopics to simplify the selection process and to make planning easier based on the client’s needs. Rusudan (Matsatso) Papava – Has 14 years of experience in the field of human resource management in various leadership positions. Currently she is the head of human resource recruitment and development unit at Silknet. She has implemented large-scale projects in the development and implementation of HR business strategies and employee development systems. Her main areas of expertise include business process auditing, internal organizational research, employee selection, training, and professional development. She has over 15 years of experience as a leading trainer-consultant in project management, general management, and effective service.

Nana Tvalabeishvili – Has 12 years of experience in human resource management in managerial positions, both in local and international companies. Currently she is the Human resource head at Silknet. She has led large-scale projects aimed at studying the internal organizational environment, as well as developing and implementing benefit and compensation systems. Her main areas of focus include benefits and compensation systems, internal organizational research, training, and professional development. She has worked for over 15 years as a leading trainer-consultant in project management, general management, and effective service delivery.

 

Nata Sanikidze – Has more than 10 years of experience in human resource management, including various leadership positions. Currently she is the human resource administration division head at Silknet. She has implemented large-scale projects in the development of payroll systems, HR software, and the introduction of administrative processes. Her main areas of expertise include benefits and compensation management, and the management of personnel administration processes and document flow.

 

Public Sector HR Consultant

Nino Beruashvili – 18 years of experience in human resource management and training in various leading organizations in high-responsibility managerial positions, such as Head of HR at the National Bank and Director of the Ministry of Justice's Training Center. She is currently the managing partner and founder of the organization "MinDoor." Additionally, Nino has ten years of experience in organizational development as an expert and consultant. She has implemented numerous projects in collaboration with various international donor organizations (Council of Europe, EU, EUIPO, GIZ, etc.). Nino holds a Master’s degree in psychology and has completed the Advanced Leadership Program at the University of Cambridge Business School. She is also a certified coach (Erickson International; Jungian International School, Coaching Rising) and a certified emotional intelligence trainer (Rochemartin London). Moreover, she is engaged in academic activities at several universities.

The hourly rate for the service is 250 GEL. The cost for partial consulting services is 50 GEL. Partial consulting service refers to short meetings lasting a maximum of 10 minutes.

 

Payment

The payment must be made to the organization’s account. The personal identification number and the service description "Consulting Service" should be indicated in the payment order.
