Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences 

Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences (ViA) is a state higher education institution, which offers 17 study programmes at the Faculty of Society and Science and the Faculty of Engineering. Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences was founded in 1996 and in 2001 acquired the status of a state university. In 2002, it was accredited for an indefinite period.

Memorandum of Understanding as well as the Agreement for the Exchange of Students were signed in January 2019. In accordance with the Students Exchange Agreement, both parties agree to accept 2 students each academic year to participate in the exchange.
