MBA Strategic Leadership Module for 12 Free Listeners

The Strategic Leadership Module is the final component of Georgian Institute of Public Affairs’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Its goal is to develop top-management thinking and strategic decision-making skills. The module combines two MBA courses — “Strategic Leadership” and “Etiquette and Sommelier” — creating an integrated learning experience.

GIPA offers the opportunity to join the learning process as a free listener alongside MBA students, in any  preferred format (either in-person or online). Participants have flexibility regarding assignment completion, ensuring a highly adaptable program suitable for current and to-be top-managers.

Throughout the module, a variety of activities are included:

  1. Strategic Planning Session–Discussion -How to plan and lead a board meeting, and how to participate in the strategic planning process.
  2. AI Delegation - Using artificial intelligence as a simulator for giving orders and assignments to employees.
