Fontys University of Applied Sciences is a Dutch university of applied sciences with over 44,000 students in several campuses located in the southern Netherlands. The three largest Fontys campuses are located in the cities of Eindhoven, Tilburg and Venlo.

Memorandum of Understanding as well as the Agreement for the Exchange of Students were signed in October 2020. In accordance with the Students Exchange Agreement, both parties agree to accept 2 students each academic year to participate in the exchange.
