    Burgas Free University /BFU/ was established in 1991, and is one of the first non-state universities in the country.

    General Memorandum for Academic Cooperation and Exchange was signed in July 2017; 

    This cooperation includes exchange of academic and administrative personnel, conducting joint research and organizing summer schools.
