The M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University is a private higher education institution located in Nur-Sultan that was established in 1994. There are 4 schools at the university: the Higher School of Humanities (HGS), the Higher School of Law (HSP), the Higher School of Economics (HSE), the Graduate School of Law and the Business School.
Memorandum of Understanding as well as the Agreement for the Exchange of Students were signed in 2022. In accordance with Students Exchange Agreement, both parties agree to accept 4 students each academic year to participate in the exchange.
