PORTFOLIO REVIEW

It is the second time, when important event for creative sphere, PORTFOLIO REVIEW is held in Georgia. The event is organized by Training and Consulting Centre of Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. On the same evening was held 14th annual graduation ceremony of graduates of the Centre.

Within PORTFOLIO REVIEW, young people (18-28) interested in advertising industry and visual communication are able to present their own portfolios to the team of professionals and get objective evaluation, participation was free of charge.

This year, 100 students and graduates from 18 different universities participated in PORTFOLIO REVIEW, which covered the following directions: art direction, copywriting, photo, video, design and illustration.

In the second part of the event, authors of the best portfolios, the best lecturers and the best students of Training and Consulting Centre of 2016-17 years, were awarded with special prizes from project partners.

The winners of Portfolio Review are:

The first place_Sandro Laliashvili; The rector of Georgian Institute of Public Affairs, Marine Ioseliani, on behalf of GIPA, handed over the winner full package of attending GOLDEN DRUM _International Advertising festival. He was also awarded with exclusive watch, designed by the singer Mika, from Jewelry and Clock Shops ARTTIME and SWATCH; 300 GEL voucher from designer Megi Gabunia; 1 box of rare kvevri wine from wine company “Kvibari”; 1 year voucher from Tumanishvili theatre for two persons and Moriarty voucher for two people.

II place _Meki Giorgadze; He was awarded with 1000 GEL voucher from ALTAOKEY; 1000 GEL voucher from GIPA Training and Consulting Centre; 3 bottles of natural wine from wine company Qvibari; 1 year voucher from Tumanishvili theatre for two persons and Moriarty voucher for two people.

III place_ Giorgi Kolbaia; special prize from “GO Tour”, traveling package to Baku for two people; 1000 GEL voucher from GIPA Training and Consulting Centre; 2 bottles of natural wine from wine company Qvibari; 1 year voucher from Tumanishvili theatre for two persons and Moriarty voucher.

As the best lecturers of 2016-17 were nominated:

Tinatin Stambolishvili_Certified program in Public Relations and Event management; Head of Marketing Communication department at insurance company “GPI Holding”;

Nino Nemsadze_ Certified program in Advertising and Graphic Design; Head of Marketing Communication department of Government Administration;

Mirian Kenia _Certified program in Advertising and Graphic Design; Designer;

Levan Gogoladze_ Certified program in Healthcare Policy and Administering; Partner of business consulting company PMO;

Nikoloz Abuashvili_ Certified programs in Marketing and Business Management; Professor at GIPA, head of marketing direction;

Rusudan papava_ Human Resources certified program; HR at pharmaceutical company “Pharmhouse”;

Ekaterine Jojua _ Certified program in General Management; consultant of different private and state organizations in PR and Communications.

Each lecturer was handed over the following prizes: Discount cards from company “Sarajishvili”, winebrand store, designer Megi Gabunia, jewelry and clock stores Swatch and ARTTIME and wine from wine company “Qvibari”.

The best students nominated from the program Public Relations and Event Management of GIPA Trainings and Consulting Centre 2016-17.

Keso Kutchukhidze and Khatia Jangidze, after graduating the program both of them were employed by Insurance company GPI Holding _on the position of PR manager and by GFSIS_ on the position of PR coordinator. 

Mariam Begoidze became the best student of this program.

Ninisha Mikadze became the best student of Advertising and Communication Strategy program. After graduating, she was employed in communication agency_”HOLMES & WATSON“, on the position of Junior Art director.  
Levan Metreveli became the best student of General Management certified program.

Ana Dvalishvili _ the best student of Human Resources certified program.

Maia Gogoladze _ the best student of Business Couching certified program.

Ana Bokolishvili _ the best student of Healthcare Policy and administering certified program.

Zurab Babilodze _ the best student of Financial Management certified program.

Each student was handed over: travelling package for two persons from „Vip Line Travel“, one year voucher of Sokhumi and Akhmeteli theatres for two persons, Nobel Prize winners book from publishing house “Intelecti”, discount cards from jewelry and clock stores "ARTTIME" and "SWATCH".
