Students from GIPA's Audiovisual Arts and Digital Media program participated in a one-week international study program at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences (HU) in the Netherlands as part of the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP).
During the program, GIPA students collaborated with their Dutch peers to produce short documentary films. They gained hands-on experience throughout the entire filmmaking process - from concept development and field research conducted in different districts of the city to filming, editing, and the public screening of their completed works.
A special highlight of the program was the screening of documentary films by Anastasia Bakhturidze, a student of GIPA's Audiovisual Arts and Digital Media program, and Tika Kharaishvili, a GIPA graduate, in the non-competitive section of the Campus Doc Student Documentary Film Festival. The screenings took place at Art House Theatre Louis Hartlooper, one of Utrecht's most renowned art-house cinemas.
GIPA congratulates its students and graduate on gaining valuable international experience and achieving this important professional milestone.
