An electronic textbook titled "The Rule of Law and the Legal State: The Normative Framework of Public Administration," authored by Professor Davit Jandieri of GIPA’s School of Governance and Doctor of Law, has been published and will be accessible to all interested readers.
This publication is the first comprehensive scholarly work written in the Georgian language on the essence of the Rule of Law and its significance in the implementation of public administration.
The book systematically presents the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of the Rule of Law and its functioning in a modern state.
The publication was prepared within the framework of university support program for academic textbooks implemented by GIPA’s Research Department.
