GIPA students have been named among the 30 best emerging talents (High Potentials) of the new generation in Europe

21 April, 2026

GIPA students Tata Lortkipanidze, Otelo Ekhvaia, and 2025 graduate Taso Bezhitadze are among 30 talented young creatives who will present their work to European agencies and potential employers in Barcelona at the beginning of May.

The High Potentials programme is an exciting scouting event designed by ADCE which showcases a selection of the most talented European young creatives, while at the same time it invites agencies and design studios that are looking for fresh and diverse new talents.

According to the organization, following a record number of applications, nearly 170 candidates, 30 exceptional talents have been selected to take the stage in Barcelona on May 6th and 7th. Participants represent leading educational institutions across Europe, including Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Portugal, and Poland. Georgia will be proudly represented at the event by students of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA).

The 2026 event will take place on May 6–7 in Barcelona. The first day will be dedicated to presentations of participants’ work in front of leading European agencies, followed by an exclusive networking event; the second day will feature a “speed dating” format, where participants will meet directly with industry leaders and potential employers.

The program offers a unique opportunity for agencies and studios seeking new talent. As part of the event, they will have the chance to meet young creatives in person and select future collaborators.
