A public lecture on contemporary global challenges was held at GIPA. Diplomat Ioseb Chakhvashvili spoke to students about the possible consequences of the US–Iran confrontation, regional conflicts, and the risks of large-scale destabilization.
Since 2014, Ioseb Chakhvashvili has served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Islamic Republic of Iran, and his practical experience and insights were of particular interest to the audience.
Attendance at the lecture was open, and in addition to GIPA students and academic staff, prospective students interested in international relations also took part.
