02 February, 2026

By the decision of the Vocational Education Institutions Authorization Council, GIPA’s vocational education programs have been granted six-year unconditional authorization. This decision once again highlights the university’s high-quality standards and its leadership in the field of vocational education.

GIPA offers young people three high-demand, innovative, and unique vocational programs aligned with labor market needs:

  1. Occupational Safety and Environmental Technology
  2. Renewable Energy
  3. Energy Management

Within the Occupational Safety and Environmental Technology program, graduates acquire knowledge and practical skills in developing safety, health protection, and environmental management plans, assessing occupational injuries, and controlling risks.

The Renewable Energy Management program provides students with in-depth knowledge in the field of renewable energy. Graduates are able to assess the environmental impact of renewable energy, plan projects accordingly, and participate in the construction, installation, and operation of hydro, wind, solar, geothermal, and biomass energy systems.

Through the Energy Management program, graduates gain comprehensive knowledge in energy management, study legislation and technical standards related to energy efficiency, and learn how to apply them effectively in real-world situations.

All three programs are equipped with modern material and technical resources and are based on the latest theoretical and practical teaching methods. Admission is open to applicants holding a secondary school diploma, and the duration of study is two years. Upon completion, graduates are awarded the relevant higher vocational qualification.

GIPA is traditionally distinguished by its quality-oriented approach and strong sense of responsibility, and it will continue to offer society modern, in-demand, and practice-oriented programs and initiatives in the future.
