A brief description of practical experience 

Master’s degree on Political Science from the University of Paris II, Pantheon-Assas. His practical experience covers three decades and is related to various positions in public service and higher educational institutions. At various times he worked as assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia (oversaw activities of Security Policy and Euro-Atlantic Integration Department); worked as a Deputy Director of Georgia’s "Information Center on NATO"; was a Senior Advisor to the Protocol Department of the Presidential Administration of Georgia; was a Senior Counselor at the Georgian Embassy in France, Portugal and Monaco; was the coordinator of the TAIEX program related to the Eastern Partnership of the European Union within the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia; was a political columnist for the online website of the Robert Schumann Foundation in Paris; consulted French transnational agency AFD on post-Soviet issues.

As a guest lecturer at the Caucasian School of Journalism and Media Management of the Georgian Institute of Public Relations (GIPA), led the master’s program “Sociology of Politics. Issues of personalization of power." Currently, he is a visiting professor of the undergraduate program in Digital Media and Communication at the same Institute: “Sociology of Politics: History of Political Communications”. 

He is the author of dozens of publications in Georgian and French editions.

He is the author of "Mediapolitics. On verbal, printed and electronic communications" (Pegasus Publishing House, 2017).

Has 12 years of teaching experience in political sociology with a specialization in political communication. Introduces students to the systematic approach to political communication; introduces the main orientations and trends in communication system that have influenced the specific characteristics of political communication from the ancient world to modern times; introduces the best examples of political thought and, in this respect, helps to broaden student’s worldview; also introduces the theoretical frameworks, strategic approaches, and technical tools that have historically played a crucial role in the development and refinement of public relations (PR) technologies.
