Natia Gorgadze

Natia Gorgadze holds a Ph.D. in Educational Sciences and an MBA in Business Administration. Her professional experience spans NGOs, international organizations, and higher education institutions, where she has held various managerial positions. She has over 15 years of experience in education research, policy analysis, and project management. She is the author of more than 20 publications and has extensive experience in consulting, capacity-building, and training on educational diversity and inclusion, multilingualism, gender socialization, teaching methodologies, professional skills, curriculum development, and data-driven education policy reforms.

She is actively involved in research and projects related to public policy and administration and has significant experience in preparing grant proposals and securing funding for large-scale projects. Additionally, she has substantial expertise in project evaluation and impact assessment, including projects funded by the EU, USAID, the World Bank, and UN agencies.
