Manana Kvirkvelia holds a Doctorate in Theatre Arts and boasts extensive experience in higher education, spanning since 1982. She is the author and a co-author of several books. Her articles were published in the scientific journal "Art Sciences Research." Apart from her scholarly pursuits, she also directs performances both in Tbilisi and various cities across Georgia. Additionally, M. Kvirkvelia has contributed as a director to several television productions. She has directed the documentary film "Lili Ioseliani."

Beyond her academic and creative endeavours, Manana Kvirkvelia is actively involved in various projects. She is a co-founder of the Association "Women in Art."

2020 - 2022 - Literacy Coordinator for the non-formal education direction of the "Promotion of General Education Reform" program initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science, focusing on implementing state standards in preschool and school institutions of ethnic minorities.
