Her academic and practical experience in higher education includes teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels in three universities in Georgia. She has delivered courses on "Human Resource Management in Public Organizations," "Public Policy Analysis," and "Introduction to Political Science." In parallel, she has held leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, specializing in human resource management, with a total of nine years of experience in HR. Additionally, she has extensive experience conducting training in public policy analysis, human resource management, advocacy, project management, and civic engagement. She actively collaborates with the non-governmental sector in the areas of human resource management, public policy, and civic engagement. Notably, she has been involved in training programs for Georgian public officials (through the Rondeli Foundation – GFSIS) and for students and civic education lecturers (through the Civic Education Lecturers’ Association – CELA). She has participated in several exchange programs (Naval Postgraduate School (USA), Malmo University (Sweden) and has been awarded scholarships and research grants at both national and international levels. Among these are a Doctoral Grant from the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation, a scholarship from the Swedish Institute, and research collaborations with Tallinn University of Technology and the Catholic University of Lille.
