A brief description of the experience
Doctor of Law from the German University of Administrative Sciences (Speyer). Master of Public Administration of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and German University of Administrative Sciences (Speyer). She has 17 years of experience in public service in various positions. Currently she leads the Human Capital Development Department in the Civil Service of the Civil Service Bureau. For more than 10 years, she has been conducting trainings for civil servants on human resources management, performance management, ethics and integrity, conflict of interest, management and leadership. Since 2016, she has been leading lectures on ethics, organizational culture, leadership and accountability. She is actively involved in the process of public administration reform (PAR), in particular, in the process of reforming the public service and human resources management policy. She is the author and co-author of several publications/studies on ethics and integrity, organizational culture, and conflicts of interest.
