A brief description of the experience
Ph.D. in Public Administration, Associate Professor, Consultant, and Manager with more than 15 years of demonstrated experience of working with state institutions, civil society organizations, international donors, academic institutions, consulting companies, media, and direct beneficiaries. Mr. Gogidze has more than 10 years of consultancy, capacity building and training experience at national and local levels in the areas of open governance and electronic governance, local self-government, civil society development, and anti-corruption policy. At the same time, he has solid experience in consulting and supporting the Public Administration Reform (PAR) in Georgia. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Law from Tbilisi State University, a master's degree in International Relations from the Central European University, a master's degree in EU Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe and a doctorate in Public Administration from the Georgian Technical University. Mr. Gogidze is the author of more than 30 publications. He has specific expertise on Georgia, South Caucasus, and the wider Eastern Partnership region. He has participated in numerous exchange programs and has held numerous study grants/scholarships, both locally and internationally.
