A brief description of the experience

PhD in Psychology, Assistant Professor of GIPA and Guest Lecturer of TSU, with 6 years of experience in teaching and research activities in higher educational institutions. In addition to higher education institutions, she is involved in adult learning process at the Training Center of Justice, where she conducts trainings for the Social Care Agency, Penitentiary Service and other units of the Ministry of Justice in the direction of communication, stress management and psychology of juvenile investigative interviewing.

Her practical experience is related to work in the law enforcement system and research consulting organizations. During her 7 years of work in the law enforcement system, she headed the Department of Psychologists of the Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs, during which time she was involved in practical, educational and consulting activities in the field of juvenile justice, investigative psychology and police science. Her research activities are related to the planning and implementation of applied social studies (currently she works as a senior researcher at the Caucasus Research Resources Center). As for consultancy field of working, she has cooperated with several local non-governmental and international organizations in the field of juvenile delinquency, substance use among adolescents and psychological aspects of juvenile justice. She is the author of several scientific articles, research reports, manuals and training modules.
