Master of Law; Doctor of Public Administration; He is a professional civil servant. His activities are mainly related to the legislative branch; Since 1993, he has worked in various structural divisions of the Parliament of Georgia, including leadership positions; In addition, he has 4 years of experience in the Tbilisi government - he was the curator (Vice Prime Minister) of Tbilisi City Services in the social sphere, namely: healthcare, education, culture, social protection, sports, youth affairs, tourism, veterinary medicine and other areas. He is an expert in the field of lawmaking and legislative technique. He is a trainer at the training center of the Parliament of Georgia. He has completed a lot of professional/service program/training.
