PhD Researcher in Public Administration, leveraging a veterinary medicine background (MSc) to investigate evidence-based occupational safety frameworks for animal healthcare professionals. Research employs mixed-methods approaches combining field observations, institutional analysis, and stakeholder interviews to develop context-specific protective measures in veterinary practice environments. Certified General Manager with 14 years of continuous work experience in project coordination and management. The main areas of activity are: agriculture, animal health and rural development. Instructs and advocates for management strategies, One Health iniciatives, sustainable environmental practices, and entrepreneurship at GIPA. Skilled in designing, executing, and evaluating outcomes of applied research projects with a focus on data-driven solutions. In different years, she worked in the following regions of Georgia: Kakheti, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Kvemo Kartli, Shida Kartli, Imereti, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti and the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. She has actively engaged in numerous academic exchanges, study visits, and scholarship programs at local and international levels.
At GIPA, she leads the vocational program in Energy Management and serves as Program Instructor and lecturer. Also, teaches the course "Management for Private, Public and Non-Governmental Organizations" for the Master's programs in Local Self-Government and Public Administration.
