Tinatini Kuprashvili holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and is a specialist in public administration and policy analysis with extensive experience in service quality management, institutional development in public administration, and policy planning. She is an Assistant Professor at GIPA and has six years of teaching experience in higher education institutions. She teaches courses on public administration, institutional development, public service policy development, and human resource management in the public sector. Additionally, she has experience in implementing educational and research projects in public service management and institutional development. She is also the author of a public service management handbook.
She has extensive experience working as a service quality and research manager, where she was responsible for overseeing quality standards, customer experience analysis, research, audits, and business process improvement. She also has significant experience in conducting training sessions and providing consultancy on topics such as public policy, institutional development, monitoring, and evaluation.
