Shalva Lazariashvili - In 2018, he was awarded a Doctor of Public Administration (PhD) degree from the Georgian Technical University. He holds a Master's degree in International Law and Relations from Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (1999). He has completed postgraduate studies in International Public Law at Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In 2022-2023, he graduated from Cambridge International College (Post-doctoral studies) in the field of "International Relations and Politics".
At various times, he has completed trainings and additional courses in such areas as global and regional security, foreign policy, political philosophy, world parliamentarism, international labor standards, civil service legislation, etc. Has many years of experience working in public, non-governmental and international organizations, and has also published numerous newspaper articles and analytical publications.
