A brief description of the experience
Fulbright Scholar, Syracuse University (USA). Master of Laws (LL.M.), Michigan State University (USA) and Central European University (Hungary). Lawyer and patent attorney, founder and director of the law firm "NB Legal." The main areas of his scientific and practical interests are Intellectual Property Law and Internet Law. He has published 15 scientific works in Georgia and the USA. His works mainly relate to copyright, protection of neighboring rights, intellectual property rights on the Internet, freedom of expression and other issues. Levan Nanobashvili has been teaching at GIPA since 2008. He also teaches at the University of Georgia and the Business and Technology University. In 2015 he was invited to Masaryk University (Czech Republic), where he taught Media Law.
