Master of Law, Master of public administration. Since 2013 he gives lectures at GIPA in basics of law and business law. At the same time, he provides trainings in different fields of law at the several training programs of GIPA’s trainings’ and consulting center. He is an author of 35 scientific and analytical publications, which mainly concern to the corporate law, corporate governance, regal regulation of capital markets’ and investment funds’, oil and gas law and international commercial law. He has long work experience as a practitioner lawyer.
