Rusudan Mshvidobadze. Professor at GIPA, Doctor of Psychology. Since 2014  she  has been delivering  different courses (Leadership, Intergroup  Relationships and Conflicts, Social-Psychological Training) to  the students of GIPA  MA Program in Applied Psychology.   Mshvidobadze is an invited lecturer  at Robakidze University. She worked  at Uznadze Institute of Psychology and  International Center on Conflict and Negotiation.  At present she is a chief trainer at the TBC Bank. Mshvidobadze is the author of a number of works published in different journals.
