Legal Assessor (Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg; First and Second State Examinations for Jurists in the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg, Germany). He has 20 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors, in Georgia as well as in Germany. His experience includes providing legal consultations to legal entities operating in Georgia. His experience in legal education is linked to collaboration with various donor organizations aimed at the development of rule of law in Georgia, such as the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) project – "Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment (JILEP)", Germany’s "German International Cooperation Society (GIZ)", and Germany's "Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ)". He is also a co-author of the commentaries on the Civil Code of Georgia and a co-editor of the Georgian edition of Jan Kropotler's commentary on the German Civil Code. He is also the author and translator of various legal literature. He actively participates in projects aimed at the development of law and the promotion of legal education in Georgia and is participant of numerous exchange programs.
