Salome Sagharadze is an Assistant at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy. She has more than ten years of professional experience in public administration, good governance, transparency, and anti-corruption.
From 2013 to 2025, Salome Sagharadze worked at the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA), where, as a Project Coordinator, she led various donor-funded initiatives focused on strengthening public policy, public administration, civic engagement, transparency, and accountability.
She has collaborated with international organizations such as USAID, GIZ, the East-West Management Institute, and others. Salome has participated in a number of international professional programs, including the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), the Transparency International School on Integrity, NATO School Oberammergau, and the Swedish Institute Academy for Young Professionals (SAYP).
Salome holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from GIPA.
She is the author of multiple research papers and publications addressing issues of accountability and transparency of state institutions and local governments, as well as the prevention of corruption in the public sector.
