Daily mentoring and planned trainings for up to 60 employees.Providing management processes and techniques, management cycles and planning. Daily communication with the customer. One of the responsible in the preparation of the annual plan and budget of the project.  Budget and plan management/monitoring according to US Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
