Natia Gvenetadze has an extensive professional experience in defence and security matters. She has 15 years of working experience at the Ministry of Defence of Georgia, occupying different leading positions at the Defence Policy and Planning Department, National Defence Academy and Defence Institution Building School and 5 years she worked at the Office of the National Security Council of Georgia. Ms. Gvenetadze holds a Master’s degree in International Security and Strategy from King’s College London (United Kingdom) and MA in Social Sciences from the International Black Sea University (Georgia). She is currently pursuing her PhD in Political Science at the University of Georgia. She has also completed a Senior Strategic Leadership Course in International Affairs, Security and Strategy at the Royal College of Defense Studies (RCDS) and a Higher Command Strategic Course in International Affairs and Security at the Baltic Defense College (BDCOL).
Natia Gvenetadze possesses ten years of teaching experience and delivers lectures at different universities as an invited lecturer. Ms. Gvenetadze has acquired an international qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is internationally certified trainer in Learning and Development (L&D). She delivers training courses on NATO, international and regional security issues and strategic communications.
